Choosing care is a big decision, so we keep the numbers simple. One weekly rate per program, one small registration fee, and everything your child needs during the day is already included. Here's exactly what to expect, from your first tour to your first drop-off.
Tuition at a glance
Full-time care, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Rates are per child, per month, with no hidden activity fees.

How enrollment works
Four steps from "just looking" to first-day hugs. Most families go from tour to enrolled in about a week.

Book a tour
Pick a weekday morning that works for you, bring your little one, and see the rooms in action. Tours take about 30 minutes and there's zero pressure.

Apply online
Fill out a short application from your phone or laptop. We'll confirm availability in your child's age group, or add you to the waitlist with a clear picture of timing.

Secure your spot
Pay the $100 registration fee plus a one-week tuition deposit and the spot is yours. The deposit applies to your child's first week of care.

First day
We finish the paperwork together, set up autopay in the parent app, and follow a gentle transition schedule with shorter days at the start if your child needs them.

Admissions questions, answered
How does the waitlist work?
When a room is full, we add your family to the waitlist in the order applications arrive. There's no fee to join, and siblings of currently enrolled children get first call when a spot opens. We'll give you an honest read on timing up front, and check in whenever your position changes.
Do you offer part-time schedules?
Not in this prototype. Happy Hearts DayCare is full-time only, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. One consistent schedule keeps ratios steady and helps children settle into a predictable rhythm.
What should we bring on day one?
A change of clothes (labeled), a comfort item if your child has one, and for our littlest Infant Care, diapers, wipes, and prepared bottles. We handle meals, snacks, sunscreen, and all classroom supplies. We'll send a short, age-specific checklist before your start date so nothing is a guess.
How does billing work?
Tuition runs on weekly autopay through the parent app. Set it up once on your first day and you're done: text and email reminders arrive before each charge, and receipts live in the app whenever you need them for taxes or an FSA.
